Digital Product Policy
All products sold on TheBeatSanctum are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are considered final.
Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Why Refunds Aren’t Offered
Digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded. This policy helps protect the integrity of our sounds and prevents misuse or unauthorized distribution.
Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:
